The La Pointe multi-family/ student apartment project has been designed to support the unique housing needs of the student community. The five story apartment building and amenities are located on a 2.3 acre site near Boise State University in Boise, Idaho. The project consists of four stories of market-rate apartments supported on a reinforced post-tensioned concrete podium over on-grade parking.
The 178,344 sq. ft. residential component is comprised of 130 apartment units consisting of two, three and four-bedroom configurations totaling 336 beds. 254 parking stalls are provided within the on-grade parking structure. Other program elements include a management/leasing office with a model unit component, a recreation/fitness facility, common rooms on each floor, and general spaces there to support all residents’ needs. Outdoor activity areas include a basketball court, pool/spa, barbeque areas, casual seating and landscape areas.
